Growing up in small-town rural Ontario alongside her seven older siblings, Jacqueline Madsen always craved independence and wanted to find a unique path to set her apart from her closely knit family; when she found her musical calling, this longing was fulfilled. Jacqueline’s music lingers with a sentiment of self-discovery and love, and a take on societal standards that provokes comfortable discomfort

a Toronto-based singer-songwriter whose heartfelt pop sound blends soulful vocals with honest storytelling. Her music draws from experiences of heartbreak, growth, and self-reflection, creating songs that are both personal and relatable. Her debut single, “Knight in Shining Armour,” explores the pain of broken trust, while her latest release, “Stuck in the Rain,” reflects the feeling of being stuck while life moves forward around you.
